Depending on the NGx I get from 100k to a max of 750k or so. Some depth 5 dungeons have regular depth 5 blood echoes for killing enemies but take away 98% of your health. Killing enemies will yield blood echoes, number gained depends on level and type of the enemy. Right now I just farm at Mergo's Loft(Middle) and work my way up towards Mergo's Wet Nurse using two echo increasing runes and one Visc. 2)Any normal way you kill enemies.
